Four things the platform enforces, rather than four things it intends.
One price, fixed at booking
The quoted price is set before you book and does not change afterwards, including for traffic or a longer route. What it costs us to run is settled separately and never moves the customer’s price.
How a job is awarded
Work is awarded inside a price band ZeroLanes sets, on a score combining punctuality, acceptance rate, proximity and trust tier alongside the price. Never on the lowest number alone.
A minimum payout per job
Every job carries a floor price. No bid can be accepted below it, so the award cannot be won by undercutting alone.
Licensing and compliance
PHV licences, hire-and-reward insurance, MOT certificates and DBS checks are verified by ZeroLanes. An expired document removes that driver or vehicle from dispatch automatically.
